5 Years ago, on Summer vacation in Ireland, Renner Caldwell crosses paths with Cillian O'Braidagh.
The night before she heads back to the States, Renner meets Cillian, lead singer of Over the Edge. After a steamy kiss that ends up going no where, Renner leaves for home with a constant reminder of the sexy Rocker.

5 Years later we see Renner is back in Ireland. Hiding out after losing her job and boyfriend to a scandal. With no clue what she wants out of life, she heads to Ireland to have a break and see where life is taking her.
What she doesn't count on is running into the Sexy lead singer from 5 yrs ago.

Renner knew that Cillian had made it big. She has often fantasied what could of been. But also knows thats Cillian is not what she is looking for.
Renner, is responsible. She arrives to work early, pays her bills 5 days before they are due, and she never, ever would get involved with a musician. That would be way to risky!

Cillian, O’Braidagh is the front man of, Over The Edge an up and coming Irish Rock band.
One Night 5 yrs ago, Cillian, met a young fiery red head that set his world of fire. Over the years he too also had often wondered about her. When he finds out she is back in town, he sets out to have his Cailín álainn.

But Renner isn't about to make it easy on him. She wants nothing to do with Cillian. She knows exactly his type.
There is nothing more fun then a love/hate relationship with some underlying sexual tension.
Renner and Cillian do it well. Though they both can feel the connection, Renner refuses to give into him. Instead their banter is what keeps things heated between them.

~"My Cailín álainn has some claws. I'm going to enjoy them when they're sunk into my back while I'm riding you."~ Cillian 

~"You're are conceited, egotistical, jackass and the only place my claws will be sunk will be in your balls if you try to touch me again."~ Ren

Renner is constantly fighting it. This Man has the ability to break her. After experiencing the massive blow up back home, she can't move past her trust issues.

~ "What are you really afraid of, Ren?" ~ 

~ "I'm afraid of getting lost." ~ 

Cillian will do anything to get what he wants.
Slowly he wears her down, and then we get to meet bossy and controlling Alpha Cillian… WOW he was sexy hot!

~"Put your fucking legs around me, Renner, or I'll do it for you." ~ 

For both Ren and Cillian, they felt that the sexual tension between them, was just that, sexual desire. Nothing else. But once they get a fill of each other, they can't seem to get enough.

~ "This is going to be fast," he warns. "I'm going to get you off with my hand, because I'm dying to see you come. Right here. Right now. Just for me. Then I'm going home with you tonight, and I'm going to fuck you so hard, you're going to be sore tomorrow. And every time you take a step tomorrow, every time you feel that little sting of pain, you're going to remember that it was me between your legs all night. Are we clear?" ~ 

There sex was hot! but it becomes so much more. Their feelings grow and soon what was meant to be a hook up, turns into this amazing relationship.

~ "In all my life," he whispers. "I'll never forget the way you look right now. You devastate my senses." ~ 

I liked Renner, she isn't one to beat around the bush. She says it like it is and I loved that about her. I felt her frustration with Cillian. But she was still not afraid to let him know where she stood.
Cillian is controlling and bossy and holds a dark past to himself. Ultimately, it effects his relationship with Ren. When his friend and band mate, Maeve comes between Ren and Cillian, things become strained.

I just wanted to do this every time Maeve was around…

Cillian, becomes blinded by her actions due to his guilt that he holds over himself. And it's the only thing between the two that is not right.
Though at times he is so blinded you just want to slap him upside of the head, you could understand his denial.

~ "I didn't tell you because I don't take orders. And that display? That was so you never forget that your body responds to me, no matter what demands come out of that fuckable mouth of yours." ~ 

Their road is rocky, and Cillian does make some dumb ass decisions. But eventually they get their HEA.

But not before grovelling to the Caldwell boys. PMSL
The scene in the bar with Nix and Flynn….

~ “Man…that was one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever heard. Practically made me cry. In fact, you might want to run to the bathroom right now and check…but I think you might have just grown a vagina.” ~  Nix

The Epilogue left me craving Flynn. I can't wait for his story and I can't wait to hear where everyone is at in their life. I will be sad it will be over.. But seriously looking forward to what Sawyer comes up with next.

As always Sawyer knocked it out of the park.
This series is freaking awesome and I don't want it to end!
I'm so in love with everyone of them so far. They all offer something different that leaves me walking away with wanting more.

Sawyer Bennett has had me at Offsides and I haven't been able to let go…

Ever Montgomery has closed herself off from men.
After coming home early one day and catching her fiancé in bed with her classmate, she vows never to let a man betray her again.


Hot goalie for the New York Rangers, Lincoln Caldwell is a rising star at the age of twenty- four. He works hard and he plays even harder. Ladies fall at his feet.
Then Ever walks into his life.

~"Aside from her stunning looks, I find her to be charming, hilarious and interesting. I can't remember the last time a woman intrigued me past the point of wondering what her bra size was, although I peg her at a nice B cup, which is my preference."~

Ever jumps at the chance to further her journalism career when her friend, Emily, gets her an interview with Linc, at his annual BBQ for his Team mates.

With a little banter and flirting, Linc opens up freely with Ever, even speaking off the Record. He leaves feeling like the interview went well, with the dark haired beauty on his mind.
With a few miss understandings and wrong place wrong time, Ever gets the wrong idea, and publishes her interview, painting Linc to be nothing but a womanising jerk, plus giving the information given Off the Record.

Linc is furious and instead of getting Ever fired he comes up with the idea that Ever come and stay with him, to see the real him, so she can write an honest retraction and public apology.
He refuses to allow her to paint him that way to his fans. What he doesn't understand is how he could possible be so wrong about her.


~"But I did fuck the woman you saw me with in my bedroom, and I fucked her hard and more than once. That's after I got her off with my hand. You remember that part, don't you? Now that's the truth.
And you can look at me all you want with contempt, but I don't apologise for who I am. You have no right to judge me or my sex life.~



As Ever starts to get to know the real Linc, she starts to realise her 1st impression was totally wrong.

~ Less than a week ago, I was beyond infuriated with this man, believing him to be the lowest form of scum on this earth.

Now?

I see someone different.

I not only misjudged his character, but I've learned very quickly that it runs deeper than I would have imagined. ~

As she spends more time with Linc, her attraction grows. Trying to push it aside, some things he says just makes it harder and harder to deny their attraction.

~“Your smile would bring a lesser man to his knees. But if you wore your glasses and smiled at me like that, it would topple me.”~

Linc starts to see a different side to the infuriating woman. His feelings toward her have been all over the place from instant attraction to anger to vengeance then amusement and fascination back to fighting his attraction.
But Ever holds something over him. He fights the attraction due to fear she is setting him up for more bad Press.


It's a slow sexual build up, The kiss on the couch.. The whole build up was totally hot. You could just feel the sexual tension coming at you.

The Hotel scene! OMG...
Bennett has this amazing talent with the buildup. It's believable and keeps you hanging on for more.

~The massage started out as I'd expected. He diligently worked my sore muscles until I was feeling loose and relaxed.
But the closer Linc got to my Ass, the more I kept imagining him taking his fingers a bit further. What would it be like if he just dragged one finger down the middle of my ass cheeks? Or as he worked his way up my legs, what if he cupped me with his hand? Would he feel how hot I was for him? ~

With Linc in doubt over her sincerity and Ever's distrust in men they slowly move past their issues and take their attraction further.

~His actions were intense and raw. I was stripped naked, but he made me feel more exposed and vulnerable…. stripped to my core.. with the way he moved inside of me.~

The sex was HOT. Of course, Sawyer does not disappoint.

~ His eyes bore into mine and he growled, I'm close… you better come with me, Ever. You better fucking come with me."~

As they grow closer and cross the line to something more, Linc sees the anger that Ever holds inside herself. Not allowing herself to let go.
He wants to pull her out and help her heal.

~"You're not broken. You just need some time to come to grips with what happened."~

But Ever holds back, not allowing the chance to give her self true happiness.

~"Linc… I don't deserve your goodness. And you don't deserve my badness..I am damaged goods. And I tried.. I really did. I wanted to be able to let you in so bad. But I'm just not emotionally able to."~

Will she push him away for good? Can she move past the hurt and truly allow love into her life. Give herself completely over to someone else?

~"Love has a lot to do with the power of forgiveness.”~

I really enjoyed this one. It had everything I wanted, plus more.
I must admit I'm still 100% Nix girl. ( I love me a grouchy bad boy) But Linc comes in a close second.
If you haven't started this series, Get on it. Off the Record is the 3rd in series but all 3 can be read as standalone.

Ryan Burnham,


Ryan is the privileged son of a U.S. Congressman and captain of his university’s hockey team.
While he is on the verge of fulfilling his dreams to play in the NHL, his parents want him on a different course. One he is expected to accept for the sake of his family’s public image.



They meet one night when Ryan and his friends go into the Diner Danny works at.
When Danny goes to take the tables order Ryan's Ex Angeline is spiteful and tries to take Danny down a peg.
However Danny surprises them all with her quick reply and puts Angeline in her place.

"I'm sorry. It's just… I saw all you sitting here, and well, forgive my ignorance, but I'm pretty sure Ockham's Razer say that among competing theories and all things being equal, the simplest theory is probably the correct one. I saw you had already looked at the menus and put them back down. Therefore, the simplest theory is that you are ready to order. Think of it this way.. I think I saw you review the menus, therefore I am here to take you order. I mean, I know Ockham is a little before Descartes' time, but it's still a sound principle, don't ya think?"

Danny exists on the opposite side of the tracks from Ryan.
They travel in different circles.
He is doom Perignon… and she is Coca-cola.

I've never been into girls that had facial piercing or dyed hair. The type of girls my parents expect me to date wear pearls and cashmere. ~ Ryan

Ryan can't get her out of his head so he asks her out for dinner. She agrees on her terms.
She takes him to her volunteer shift at the homeless shelter in hopes that he can see how very wrong them two together they are.
But in the end it does the opposite and draws Ryan closer.

She is so beautiful, and complex, and damaged.. and yet she's abut the most joyful and giving person I know. It is incomprehensible to me and I realise I have something to learn from this girl. Being in Danny's presence makes realise my life has been pretty lacklustre.

The Chemistry between Ryan and Danny is H.O.T!


Ryan finally pulls away slightly breathing hard against my mouth. "Jesus Danny,"
I don't think Jesus has anything to do with the explosion that just happened between us but if He did, I'm heading to church this weekend to thank him.

They both are aware how very different their lives are but they can't help falling for each other.
Ben is so protective of Danny I loved how her stood up for her. He does not once go back on his decision to be with her.
They become very close fast but you can't help falling in love can you.




"Danny, I'm fallen love with you. I just… Need you to know that."
I smile at him and I can feel my eyes misting. "I'm already there. Glad you caught up."

But Ben's mother will stop at nothing to keep up appearances and break Danny and Ben apart!


"Listen carefully, Mother, because I mean this with every fibre of my being. I am choosing love. I am choosing someone who loves me unconditionally, no matter what. It's as simple as that."

Ben is so sweet I loved that he was always honest with Danny.
They were both just so perfect. I loved them.
I wish this was a little longer but then I'm glad the drama didn't drag out.
This was a treat, I picked this up as a freebie but would def pay $$ for it.
