"I've flown halfway across the globe to watch the love of my life marry the love of hers."
He never intended on returning home...
Never second-guessed the life he'd chosen...
Never planned on meeting someone that would make him want more...
But everything can change As the Dawn Breaks.
So going into this
book I was little nervous how things were going to go. I love Lucca and Trina
together and I was so scared she was going to run off with Leo. Not that I’m
not a fan of Leo. I loved Leo and felt so sorry for him in When the Sun Goes
Down.
I was so excited and relieved
that Leo finally found his one. My heart broke for him for being so lonely and
going through the heartache of letting go of someone you have been in love with
for so long. Not many guys would do what
he did in his shoes but that just shows how much loyalty and love he has to
give and you can’t help but love him. As for Trystan, I liked her a lot. She
was funny and perfect for Leo. Although she came with some bagged Leo didn't care.
Watching these two
get to know each other in a short period of time would've usually turned me off
but the writing and the character connection was amazing. This was such a beautiful
story of finding love.
“Now, I’m willing to risk it all for a chance –a chance at my happiness. Until I met you, I never
lived for me, never thought I deserved to be happy, but you make me want that.”

The mischievous glimmer in his eyes speaks volumes, and I—never being one to back down from a challenge—immediately slide the straps of my dress off my shoulders, studying his face as the fabric falls to the ground. Unsure of what to expect with him, since pretty much everything he’s said and done thus far contradicts what I consider to be the norm for guys, I wait for him to say something. However, instead of using words, he speaks with actions. Quirking his brow up as to ask for permission, I nod in response, knowing exactly what he wants to do. He closes the gap between us and lifts his large hands up, splaying them across my belly. Lightly, his thumbs stroke back and forth, caressing the stretched skin, our gazes locked on where our bodies meet.“Fucking beautiful,” he hisses under his breath.I tear my gaze from his hands, peer up at him through my lashes, and offer a faint smile. “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, Leo. And don’t curse around my baby,” I say, playfully slapping his chest, breaking us free from the heavy moment. Too many feels are happening, and I can’t afford to do feels. “Now it’s your turn. Strip for me, old man.”
His hands leave my body, accompanied by a scowl. “You are beautiful and I’m not old.” Then, he swiftly pulls his t-shirt over his head and tosses it on top of the blanket.
I laugh and roll my eyes, trying desperately not to gawk at his very toned and very tan torso, but as usual, I fail epically. The tattoo of a lion’s profile inked across his left pec catches my attention instantly, and without his permission, I reach up and trace it with my fingertip, closely studying the intricate design. Entwined into the tendrils of the mane, a quote is hidden: Courage without conscious is a wild beast.
“Now that is fucking beautiful,” I murmur softly. “Tell me what it means.”
Bringing his forefinger up under my chin, he tilts my head so I’m staring into his smiling eyes. “Maybe later, and don’t curse around the baby, young lady.”“Touché,” I reply with a grin. Tou-fucking-ché.

This book is just what I needed! I am a HUGE fan of Erin
Noelle! I absolutely love her all her books! This book was awesome and nothing
like I’ve read before and I loved the storyline.
This book is told on 2 POV’S. You have Trina the recluse,
music teacher who doesn’t date or interact at all with people. She is very
content with her boring life till a handsome new teacher named Lucca starts
working at her school. Trina hides her feelings best as possible because she
holds on to her past which was horrific for her. Turning her emotions off, she
tries and avoid Lucca as much as possible.
Lucca Ellis is starting his first day at his job when out of
nowhere a door swings open and hits him in his face. Looking down to see what
caused his bloody nose he is taken back by a beautiful women in front of him.
Not being shy and forward he pursues Trina in friendly gestures and flirting
and finely gets her to loosen up and agree to go on a date with him. After
Trina spends some time with Lucca she sees how much she is missing in her life
and enjoys spending time with him as much as he does with her.
Then there is Kat the confident Seductress who gets what she
wants and is a man-eater. She is out for revenge and will stop at nothing to
get it. She can be very dirty and boy she is a very good at getting her
revenge!
Then last there is Leo. He is a very sexy, kinky man and he
loves Kat unconditionally. At times I felt sorry for him. I know he always
takes care of Kat but there were times I would get so pissed at her. Let’s just
say his and Kats relationship is different.
As the 2 stories unfold you think what is going to happen?
Its 2 different stories being told but you’re so invested in both. Then they collide,
and I was glued to my kindle. I was so caught up in the story and was eager to
see how it was all going to play out. This story was brilliant and I loved all
the twists. Like I said, it was just what I needed!
