I really enjoyed this story. Main reason being it's something a bit different from the norm.

The blurb doesn't give much away and i want to leave it like that i think you'll enjoy it more going in blind.

I was drawn in and held hostage. I couldn't put it down. This is one of my favorite things about this author, she always seem to make the story engaging and different. I pick them up and i know i'm going to get something quite unique and different.

Luca is a good badboy i guess you'd call him. He's from the wrong side of the tracks and he knows how to handle himself but he has a great sense of family and good solid morals. I really loved him. Although at points because i saw what was coming i wanted to shake him and shout at him "think about it!!!" "Trust yourself!" lol He was a little too blindly trusting but i understood why he was.

Jules is great! Although reading her story you would think she would be broken. But i found her to be strong and courageous. It feels like she's in a constant battle not only with her own mind but everyone else, but she keeps on picking herself up time after time because she knows in her heart there's something to fight for even if she doesn't know what it is.

The supporting characters are amazing and made the story tick over and flow really well.

The baddie... i have to be honest i guessed about a quarter of the way through but it didn't spoil my enjoyment at all. They were written so well i actually really hated them. No redeeming features, no feeling sorry for the fucker nope!! Hated!!! Brilliant!! lol I love it when i get a strong emotion from a book and this got it!!

A brilliantly written, well put together mystery which will keep you captivated from start to finish!!
