McCoy Graves: Public Enemy Number One. The crusher of childhood fairy tales.

McCoy Graves is arrogant. A jerk.

McCoy Graves is my brother's best friend ... and my new boss.

Oh, and did I mention, he's also the love of my life?

'Cause, yeah, there's that too.

My name is Eastlyn Hatfield, and this is a story about our feud.

My Review

5 "Dear Diary" Stars

A fun, light-hearted and super sexy brother's best friend rom com win. Gillian Jones always makes me laugh and this book is chock full of light hearted and sexy humor. Plus food. Yes sexy food.

Love Won is the story of Eastlyn and McCoy. Growing up Eastlyn was completely infatuated with her brother's best friend. But it was obvious that he was not infatuated with her. Still the heart wants what the heart wants and she can't get him out of her head. Her diary May is proof of her teenage angst. But after he moved away after college, Eastlyn has tried to move on. Well, she's thought about it at least. And just when she thinks she can really give this dating other people that aren't McCoy a try, he's back. As her boss.

Love Won is proof that Gillian Jones can write in any romance sub genre. She's nailed NA, erotica, the tear jerker and now she's added rom-com to her repertoire. And it was a home run. The ability to see Eastlyn as a teenager through her diary entries made it so that I felt all her teenage heartbreak and understood her hesitation as an adult. And getting both their points of view, made me fall head over heels in love with a love sick McCoy. With it's laugh out loud hilarity and it's dose of super sexy times, I'm so excited for the next book in this series.
