My Review
So we were left in the last book where Jade and Ryder were
both being torn in all directions.
Her brother Harrison threatening to end Ryder if she chose to be with
him and Cobra the Prez, of the MC telling Ryder to choose between Jade or the
club. Both not wanting to give up on one another, they stood their ground and
fought through all the obstacles that came their way.
I absolutely loved Ryder and Jade in this book! There are so
in love and still Hott in the sack! Ryder was still bossy, possessive Ryder and Jade was still fierce and held her
own. Their banter between them two made me
laugh so much.
In this book you also get to meet Harrison, Jades brother. I
will admit at first I couldn't stand him! He was a heartless ass! He made me so
mad! He is so set on Jade not being with Ryder. Due to his horrible past I
could see how he felt, but there were times I thought he went too far. Harrison
ends up meeting a woman, Eva. Harrison was shocked to find out Eva was Ryder’s
half-sister. His first thought was this could be revenge to get back at Ryder,
but then he started to feel things for her that he hasn't felt in over 10
years. Harrison and Eva relationship (if that’s what you want to call it) was
different. I didn't quite feel their connection at first, but by the end I got
it. I’m looking forward to more of their story.
While you’re sitting on the edge of your seat trying to
figure out what’s going to happen next, you will be punched in the stomach out
of nowhere. I kept thinking NOOOOOO!!! My heart broke. :(
Ryder and Jade go through
some really tough times in this book. There was a lot going on in this book. When you think things couldn't get worse
they did! I was so nervous how this was going to end.
Although I happy how something’s ended you are still left hanging
at the end. Don’t fear though because there is another book to come. I can’t
wait either! I have really enjoyed following Jade and Ryder’s journey and I
look forward to the other characters in the book to see their story told. I
definitely recommend this series. Between the romance and conflict there is so
much suspense and I love it!
