1.Hate-screw my high school nemesis.
2.Remember to hate him.
3.Prove my brother wrong.
It should be easy. It isn’t. As the owner of Pick-A-Dick, New Orleans’ premier hook-up website, my job is simple. Connect two people for a no-strings, no-expectations hook-up. The plus for my clients is that I’m the one who gets to sift through the dick pics—except this time, they're required. My problem? My brother, co-owner of Pick-A-Dick’s sister dating site, doesn’t believe it’s possible to hook up with someone three times and not fall in love. I disagree. I know it’s possible. And my disagreement is exactly how I end up reconnected with my high school nemesis, Elliott Sloane. The guy who asked me to junior prom and then stood me up. Who egged my car when I rejected him, and convinced my senior homecoming date to ghost me. It should be easy to hate-screw him. If only he was still that person, instead of a hot-as-hell single dad, working as a builder to make ends’ meet, fighting for custody of his daughter. Not to mention packing in the pants department... Three hook-ups. One outcome. Right?

REVIEW
My very first Emma Hart book! I can certainly say it won't be my last and i'm eager for the next book in this duet!!
Peyton runs an online site called Pick-a-Dick. She matches up women who want sex only to the type of man they want for one night only. As the name suggests she has thousands of dick picks sent to her weekly. Her brother runs a sister operation but his concentrates on love and relationships. Peyton see's no need for this but it frustrates her brother no end. They've always been competitive and he makes a bet that she can't go on three "dates" from her site without falling in love with the guy. She accepts his bet as she thinks it'll be easy. Unfortunately for her, her friends meddle in the bet and she ends up face to face with the one man she hates more than any other her old high school crush Elliot.
Elliot is a single dad with a lot on his mind. His mom is pushing for him to date but he doesn't have time. So he joins Pick-a-Dick dating site needing only a quick up rather than a relationship. When he meets up for the "date" he finds it's his old high school crush. He knows he messed up with her on more than one occasion in high school and see's this as maybe a chance to explain what she wouldn't let him back then. Before he gets to say much Peyton tells him this is for a bet. He agree's to go along with it hoping he get's his chance. He still finds her irristable and wants what she's offering.
As the bet progresses they both realize all is not as it seems and that they are now different people from way back. Will Payton win the bet?
I really enjoyed this book. The storyline was something different for the same old same old. Really refreshing when you read something not to know the plot.

Peyton was funny and sometimes sweet and full of quirks. She had a sarcastic retort for most things that had me chuckling quite a lot. She was kind of stubborn but once she thought about things i liked that she admitted that she was wrong. I also loved that she just accepted Elliot's home life and apart from a little meltdown with her besties just ran with it.
I loved Elliot! I really loved how he stood up to Peyton. He took no messing. He had lots going on at home and so he knew he couldn't afford to mess about. He gave it to Peyton straight and either she went along with him or he walked. I know that sounds kinda caveman'y but it wasn't like that it was a case of his little girl came first end of and that's hot as hell!
The besties are a lot of fun. I can't wait for Chloe and Dominic's story!!! I really wish Mellie had got a book to though. Also lots of comedy from Payton's Mimi and Elliot's mom, brilliant.
I found it really easy to read, i was hooked into the story and i really cared about the characters. Like really cared, they were relateable and i felt like i knew them from school!
Really glad I've finally read this author. I know i have a huge catch up to start and i'm hoping i can fit her back catalog in at some point this year. She has like 30 books so it's definitely a challenge lol
Highly recommend and i'm really excited for the second book!
