3.5 “Protected” Stars
Picking up for where book 1 ended, Ronan and Olivia’s story picks up with their separation. Olivia is going through the motions but not everything makes sense. When she starts to put the pieces together, she realizes there is much more going on that she could have ever expected. Their connection is still strong and they both have demons from the past to fight, but their story is far from over.
This was an enjoyable. Some parts were a bit to be expects, I was still taken with these two and their chemistry. I was glad that I got to enjoy them together even if it wasn’t as angsty as I expected. Their story was sweet with a little suspense thrown in to keep me on my toes.
