Release Date: January 11, 2018
Synopsis
There are times when the Earth stops moving and the weight of its gravity pulls you down, deeper than you ever thought possible. You tumble farther than you ever imagined falling…
And when the sun goes black and your heart feels empty, starting over seems like an impossible feat…
You’re not alone.
Twenty-Two Authors have joined together in this collection of short stories about fresh starts and second chances to help illustrate that even when life takes away everything, and when hope is a horizon you think you’ll never catch, it is possible to Begin Again.

My Review
4.5 “Begin Again” StarsThese short stories were all very different but I enjoyed each of the ones that I read. They were quite short, shorter than a traditional novella, but they packed a big emotional punch. Plus they support such a good cause, you don’t want to miss it.
Reprieve by Stephie Walls 4 Stars! For such a short story, this little novella packed quite an emotional punch. A story about letting go, moving on, healing and love.
The Pit by Mara White 4 Stars! That was NOT an easy read. This one hurt to read, but it’s important. The effects of 9/11 reverberate still. (FYI this is not a romance)
Fortuitous by K. Renee 4 Stars! I have loved the Wayward Saints since the beginning so getting more of Sailor’s story was exactly what I’d been hoping for. Plus I was introduced to a new series that I can’t wait to try!
Falling by Stephanie Rose 5 Stars! Jack 😍😍😍 Ever since he was a baby, I’ve been invested in his family’s stories. Jack grown up was exacty what I thought he’d be. Perfect.
Eden’s Goodbye by Faith Andrews 4.5 Stars! I knew going into this short that it was a continuation and sort of epilogue (I think) to Garden of Goodbyes (which I’ve had on my Kindle since it’s release) and so beware when you read it because it will spoil the main plot of that book. That said, I’m a huge spoiler whore so it didn’t bother me and actually just made me move this up my TBR because the writing was so good!
