I absolutely loved this story! My favorite thing about this
author is she writes an epic love story that is so real and raw that so many
can relate to.
This is Josh North story. He is a MMA Fighter who is
fighting for the love of his massage therapist. Josh has overcome so much from
his past and he has never had a serious relationship, much less a girlfriend.
After deciding to sign on a massage therapist for his fighting tour he starts
to experience feelings and emotions for her that he’s unsure of, but wants to
pursue them.
Sophie is a single mom on the run. She’s running from her
abusive husband who has beaten and threatened to kill her. Sadly he is a cop, a
dirty cop and Sophie has to be very careful where she runs to and has to change
her and her daughter’s name frequently. When Sophie is offered to go on the
road with a very famous and sexy MMA fighter she is hesitant. She knows it will
help her financially, but how will it affect her daughter and staying out of
the lime light of a MMA Star?
Josh is bound determine to have Sophie on the road with him
and makes all the arrangements needed for her and her daughter. If you think a
MMA fighter is Hot, think of a MMA fighter playing dolls and tea parties with a
3 year old! SWOON!! Sophie and Josh are falling for each other quickly and
everything seems too good to be true. Each one has a devastating past they are
scared to share with one another because they don’t want to lose each other
because of it.
Will their secrets hurt one another? Will Sophie run? Will
Josh fight for her?
I am a huge fan of the North boys! Their family is like the
All American family. You want to be part of it! They make an appearance in this
book and you fall in love with the family even more. I love ALL the characters
in Allies books!! You can connect with any of them. Each of their stories are
phenomenal and I look forward to more!!
