My Review
B.L. Berry has written a unique love story that was truly unforgivable. She was able to weave a very unexpected tale that left me hot under the collar, heartbroken, angry, but eventually feeling like everyone got everything they deserved. It was my first B.L Berry novel but it definitely won't be my last.
The blurb for An Unforgivable Love Story is quite vague and as such my review will be just as brief. Elyse and Simon's relationship is one you really need to let this story unfold to appreciate the journey each character takes. I will say there were surprise voices I never expected to hear from but made the book so much better and the story come full circle.
While reading I questioned where the title could have come from, then gripped my chest when it felt like my heart was going to beat right out of it. I smiled and swooned and then cursed and protested. But in the end, I was completely satisfied even though my heart had been through the wringer.
