My Review

It takes a lot for me to tear up while reading. It takes even more for me to cry. I can count on one hand the times I have ugly cried while reading. Callie Anderson had me crying so hard I had to stop reading because I couldn't see. She wrote a beautifully, heartfelt and deeply emotional story that I won't soon forget.

Endless Love Letter is the conclusion to Weston and Emilia's story. It's important to read book 1 as this follows their continued story after the ending of Invisible Love Letter. Emilia and Weston have been separated for years and while much of the blame falls on Emilia, I always (sort of) understood where she was coming from. By the end of the book, my stomach had dropped to my feet and the angst had my heart clenching and praying for release.

Endless Love Letter is told from Weston's point of view. Starting from the present, he then goes back to the important moments in ILL and shows what exactly what going on. The story then picks up where ELL ended. We were taken on the roller coaster that encompasses Weston and Emilia's lives. They are forever bound and not just because they have a daughter. They are bound by the very essence of their beings even if life has driven them apart. As their story unfolds, I laughed, I hoped, I prayed, I swooned, I got a little angry, I cried, but, most importantly, I felt everything.

While I'm not going to go into detail with what happens in this story because it really just needs to be experienced (and this is coming from someone who almost always needs to know what's coming before I read). It's a story that felt real and purposeful. That made me think and made me love. I fell even deeper for these characters than I had in book one. ELL took me on a journey with Weston and Emilia and I will not be forgetting this story any time soon.

Invisible Love Letter
(The Love Letter Duet #1)

Synopsis

Love is fatal; a snake that slithers into your life, poisons you with its venom, and leaves you there to die. I swore I wouldn’t be my parents. I swore I would stay away from the limelight. Falling in love with a musician was definitely out of the question. Weston Carter was all kinds of wrong for a girl like me. He was musician, a womanizer, and a first class heartbreaker. I didn't know a love like this could exist. Our love was epic, the kind people wrote stories about. We fell into it hard, unable to control our feelings. I set myself up for a shattered heart. A broken life. A fucked up love story.
